Sometimes, I dun c y ppl hu groom n educate us, tend 2 demoralize n discourage us, instead of givin us support n encouragement.. Ur job as an educator n a mentor shud involve not jus the impartment of skills to the student, but impartment of emotional growth too.. At the veri least, dat's wat I tink, bt I m uncertain abt what educators n mentors tink their job is abt..

What we do in life shud b abt passion, n we shouldn't treat our job lyk a tiresome task 2 b completed or we would struggle wif it veri badly.. If we do not lyk a certain job n c it as a task, we shud consider changin our path instead of trudging along the path full of ruts n potholes.. It would b a real struggle.. 4 the ppl ard us n ourselves as well..

Its apparent dat sum educators n mentors do not lyk their job n see it as a task.. A task 2 hav students reap good results.. N along the way, the paths is sure 2 hav ruts n potholes.. It sure hapens 4 every path we choose.. Students hu dun do wel consistently bt tried their bes would oso b seen as one of the ruts n potholes dey encounter in their path to complete their task..

N wenever we deal wif obstacles in our path, we r sure 2 fel a certain degree of frustration.. Imagine us goin to a destination dat we do not want to go n yet we stil encounter such obstacles on the way.. It would b veri frustrating 4 us n we probably would not b able 2 manage our anger n frustration dat we do tings the wrong way in a desperate attempt to get ourselves out of the ruts n potholes dat we r stuck in lyk in tis case, discouraging students..

Isn't the most basic theory in every ting we do is 2 complete it? N not give it up midway? If our mentors hav given up on us, wat hope do we hav on ourselves? Words frm ppl hu educate us actuali mean alot to us.. If dey giv up on us, wat hope do we tink we hav? N isn't it imparting wrong values 2 the student? 2 giv up weneva u mit an obstacle? Doin all tis tings, jus b'coz of the difficulty in controllin frustration frm tryin 2 get out of the ruts n potholes in their path? It ain't fair 2 the students ain't it? Our mentors shud b a guiding lite 2 us instead of lites dat shut off n not wrk in the case of deep darkness..

Ok.. Enuf said.. Jus penning down sum tots of myn.. N dun get it wrong.. No offense n I didn't encounter any tr of dat sort.. Jus a mere comment aft I heard abt many such cases.. :D
