In case any1 wonders y I can type a post here,its bcoz the padang has wi-fi! Technology is reali the greatest ting dat happened on earth! :)

Well.. Been at the padang since 12am.. N i m reali bored while waitin 2 start wrk.. =X n since i hav not been updating recently,i've decided 2 do a post 2 kill time..

Do bear wif any typo errors since tis post is done by phone tho.. =X

3rd dec 2009, Thurs

Went 2 hit town wif sum of mi peeps (pearlyn,sheuelee n alicia) dat dae.. 1st wen 2 far east 2 get our prom dress..N on the way, mi shoe chose 2 wear n tear at dat time..Imagine havin 2 walk wif a broken shoe in the city area.. =.= Damn embarrassin can.. :( Luckily pearlyn had plasters wif her n we used it lyk how sticky tapes r used 2 hold miie shoe temporarily tgt.. =X

Managed 2 find miie dress n bought new shoes at far east.. Den travelled down 2 bugis 2 mit sheuelee..

On a random note, I shall stop miie post here n post it again later since we r leavin 4 the bus taking us 2 east coast park..

6th Dec 2009, Sun

Back! N no.. I didn't cheat n play ard wif the timin n date of the post.. I was simply 2 laziie 2 update 4 the pas few daes.. =X As mentioned, I volunteered 2 hlp out at the standard chart marathon n had 2 report at the padang at 1am.. So much 4 gettin adequate rest b4 prom.. =.=
Fortunately, I took a long nap in the aftnoon the dae b4 n thr was a bus 2 ferry us 2 the padang frm jurong east mrt..

Despite reporting early, we only started wrk at 5am.. =.= T T Much of our time was wasted waitin 4 admin stuff 2 b settled, etc.. We in fact, only boarded the bus to east coast at abt 3am.. =.=

Went 2 set up the tables 1st, den ate breakfast wif annie, nat, hazel n cindy.. (The res of our clax didn't turn up in the end) =X Slacked ard 4 awhile, takin pictures of the sea in darkness, n experimented wif the different modes of our camera as we camwhored.. Photos will b uploaded in the nxt post 2gether wif the prom photos since I m simply 2 laziie now.. =X

Volunteering was a reali busy ting 4 miie I muz sae.. Well.. At least busier compared 2 the others b'side miie.. =X

Bein the 1st table dat the runners would pass, most of em chose 2 take drinks frm miie table instead of the other tables.. N I had 2 kip pourin n shiftin cups of fresh water 2 the front of the table continuously.. Esp for the 1st few runners whereby most actuali sprinted while reachin 4 cups of water on miie table, knockin a few other cups in the process.. =.=

Met all sorts of interestin n funi ppl too! Sum ppl jus conduct themselves in super weird manner.. It reali made miie wonder wat was runnin thru their head wen dey reacted dat way.. =.=

In the end, I decided 2 slack off n take drinks frm the nxt table instead of refilling non-stop.. =.= I mean, not many ppl actually took the drinks from them, so it shouldn't matter.. =X Haha.. Moreover, this will b more efficient n saves more resources.. Lol! =X

Our duty ended earlier den expected, 11am instead of the expected 12pm.. However, 1hr was wasted waitin 4 the bus 2 pick us up n drop us off at the padang.. =.= N therefore we left at 1pm, wich was the original expected time..So much 4 early stand down.. T T

N went home n slept for 7 hrs straight aft dat.. =X

As I m 2 laziie 2 continue now, shall blog abt prom nxt time.. Till den! :D
